trust badges — retired

Nerq no longer issues embeddable trust-score badges for third-party projects. The badge rendered a score that was recomputed automatically and was not a stable, audited rating, so it has been withdrawn. An existing badge now shows “retired”.

If you embedded a Nerq badge in your README you can remove it — no action is expected either way.
